TMS Associates was created from a simple belief: people grow when they feel seen, supported, and understood. For over 35 years, I’ve watched leaders flourish not because they were given a course, but because they were given belief , belief in their strengths, their potential, and their ability to lead with humanity.
My purpose is to help individuals discover the version of themselves they’ve been too busy, too stressed, or too unsure to notice. Through emotionally intelligent coaching, insight‑led development, and evidence‑based practice, we create leadership experiences that feel human, not corporate, spaces where confidence grows, connection strengthens, and real behavioural change happens.
