With over 35 years in talent, learning, and leadership development, Toni-Marie is an accredited coach and Insights Discovery® Practitioner known for her emotionally intelligent, evidence-based approach to helping people become the best version of themselves. Her work is rooted in a lifelong fascination with human behaviour, why some people flourish, why others hold back, and what truly unlocks confidence, connection, and courage. Toni-Marie designs leadership experiences that feel human rather than corporate, blending honest coaching, practical tools, and meaningful insight that creates real, lasting change. She collaborates with trusted associates who bring psychological safety practice, neuroscience, and behavioral data into the work, enabling TMS Associates to evidence leadership behaviors, calibrate confidence, and give organizations tangible clarity on how their people grow.
